I recently purchased a custom PC and a Windows 11 Pro license from the Vancouver Broadway Memory Express. At first, I had problems with a defective OEM Windows package and couldn’t activate my system. Fortunately, everything was resolved thanks to the great support from the staff.
Special thanks to Spencer Mathieson for his detailed guidance and patience, the repair counter technician with long hair and glasses for his help, and Peter for clear communication.
The whole team was very polite, professional, and welcoming. My Windows is now fully activated, the PC is working perfectly, and I’m very happy with the service I received.

Grateful to have a good PC parts store in town. Staff here are friendly enough but the selection + prices + price match and access to a good transit-friendly street are the real winners here.

I walked into the store thinking my laptop screen had completely failed, but the moment I showed it to the technician, it magically started working again — classic! I felt a bit embarrassed, but the team was incredibly kind and understanding. They didn’t make me feel awkward at all and treated the situation with patience and a smile.
Even though I didn’t need an actual repair in the end, the customer service alone made the visit worthwhile. It's rare to find a shop that values people and not just transactions. I really appreciated their honesty and the warm atmosphere.
