In May of 2024, I had a right shoulder pain with great difficulty lifting my right arm (I believe it is commonly known as the frozen shoulder). I was unable to move my arm to reach my back. The massive pain was unbearable, I went to my family doctor who sent me to have an X-Ray taken. The results showed no sign of other illness or injuries except the pain. He advised me to take pain killers which I resisted. The pain affected my sleep quality as I frequently woke up in middle of the night.

In my life so far, every time I've had to work with a professional practitioner I've always felt like just a number to them. Not Dr. Yan! I've had an absolute pleasure working with Dr. Yan. He made me feel safe, comfortable and brought a great amount of humour which I appreciate during our sessions together. He was very easy to work with and a kind soul. He has an incredible staff that's very caring as well. Thank you so much for helping me with my knee problems and giving me the tools to help me have stronger legs. I'm back to an active life and getting better each passing day. I'm forever grateful for your help. Highly recommended!!
