Saved me when I lost my glasses and was about to leave on a 10 day cruise. Was able to make me new glasses in an hour on Saturday! Reasonably priced for the product and service and am very grateful!

I left my glasses in the UK on my recent visit to Vancouver. As soon as I landed, I googled for opticians that could do a quick service to provide me with some prescription long distance glasses. (we were only going to be in Vancouver) I found Lotus and as soon as I managed to call them, they were so helpful, they requested my prescription and called me back to let me know that they had it in stock, I managed to get to the shop by taxi arriving after closing time, but they waited for me knowing that I was on my way . I chose some frames and the glasses were made up for me all within 30 minutes! Lotus certainly saved our holiday and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommended excellent service and price. Such a lovely experience after such a stressful day. Thank you, thank you thank you.

I highly recommend Lotus Eyewear! Shahla offered wonderful customer service and was able to order me in a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. She was also able to direct bill my insurance company and made the whole process very simple for me.Thanks again!
