Hi highly recommend Heather, I've experienced great results with her and I really like her approach. She's very knowledgeable and skilled however she remains curious about my individual experience. I feel like she approaches my care with "fresh eyes" rather than simply applying skill to a problem.

focus on identifying and maximising movement to improve the health and wellbeing. to know how long you have been experiencing the problem, what makes it worse, and what makes it better. may involve watching you move, feel around your injured area, and testing your range of motion and strength. Excellent service and I will recommend to all my friends, relatives and others.
