Kon fixed an extremely inconvenient wiring/electrical issue with my Subaru Outback's hatch/trunk. This meant I had to either crawl through my wagon to manually unlatch the truck, or not use the trunk at all.
The first mechanic I went to (my regular) couldn't (or didn't want to dig into the panelling to potentially replace the wiring) - and that mechanic had my car for over 5 days (possibly only working on it for 3+ hours total).
Kon had my Outback for less than 2 hours before he called to say it was fixed and finished.
I now have a go-to Subaru doctor.
