We recently hired Kevin and his company to replace the roof caps of our house based on a recommendation from our neighbour. He was honest and clear in his communication and kept me up to date through out the process. His quote was fair, competitive and transparent (based on # of hours and # of staff + materials etc. vs just a total number with no breakdown like others). His crew was in and out after a few hours and cleaned up afterwards with barely a trace they were there. I would recommend Kevin/KOMO to others.

Komo Roofing planned the replacement of my roof in a high 3 storey Vancouver house in a dense urban area. They reserved spaces in the road for equipment and skips and then started on time and sent in a large crew to remove 3 layers of old roofing. They then sent in specialized crews to install new roofing and flashings and trimmings. They also identified other parts of the house structure that needed repairs and attention prior to roofing.All of the crews worked very efficiently and took great care with flashings and protections.
