I had my gutters and windows cleaned today and was really impressed with the service. Dan was on time, efficient, respectful of my property, and left everything clean and tidy. He was also very knowledgeable—when I asked about additional work like gutter exterior cleaning and moss removal, he explained clearly why certain jobs should wait for the right weather conditions, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and the whole experience was seamless. I’d definitely recommend him and will happily use his services again.

Dan has been doing our gutter cleaning for a few years, here in Vancouver. He also did a big job of moss removal on the whole house. He’s very safety conscious, comes prepared, is pleasant to work with and his prices are very reasonable too. But most importantly the job is done very well!

I am very pleased with my first experience dealing with Kitsilano Gutter Cleaning. I had a clogged gutter which was causing water to overflow onto the side of our home. They were able to provide me with what I thought was a very reasonable quote after looking my address up on Google maps.
Dan came to our home to do the cleaning. He was professional and very careful to ensure that he cleaned up around the edge of the property after the leaves had been removed from the gutters.
Happily the clogged gutter was repaired and there is no more water overflow. I would use them again in the future if the need arises.
