I had an excellent experience with Kelvin at Kinetic Electronics! My truck's beacon light bar wasn't working, and the problem turned out to be a shorted wire. Kelvin not only fixed the controller but also pinpointed exactly which color wire was causing the short. Thanks to his expertise, my traffic lights are now fully functional. I have a JBL Boombox Bluetooth speaker that recently stopped powering up despite being fully charged. Kelvin exhibited time and patience with the level of difficulty of access and repair to the speaker.Excellent communication and service at a very reasonable price. We have a functional speaker once again! I will definitely be back for any future repairs.
