I was here a few weeks ago with my mom and we had an awesome experience! I believe the name of the guy who served us was Ibsa. He was knowledgeable, kind and honest. He answered our questions, checked out various aspects of the car, provided recommendations and overall went above and beyond. I believe he is studying towards becoming a mechanic and between his good attitude and kind heart, I believe he is well on his way. Friday afternoon 5pm, I am driving into Jiffy Lube with a screw in my tire. One technician wants to turn me away as it was getting near closing time, but Regan stepped up right away and assured me that he will take care of it.........AND he did! 15 min later, I drove out with a fixed tire. Thank you, Regan, for your excellent customer service and kindness. Regan is the type of employee every employer can be proud of and happy to have on it's team.

Al and the team are awesome! They greeted me with a smile and even addressed me by my first name, which really made me feel welcome. They checked everything on my car thoroughly and explained what they were doing along the way. I left feeling confident knowing Al and his crew had taken great care of my car.
