Innomar Vancouver Infusion Clinic is highly praised for its exceptional nursing staff. Patients consistently describe the nurses as kind, patient, and professional, making them feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. The clinic is known for its welcoming atmosphere and high-quality care.
Staff seemed ok but the whole experience was terrible. Was not given proper/thorough instructions prior to the infusion which was the start of a not good experience. Poor communication (obviously), lack of accountability, uncaring attitudes, and quick to deny any responsibility. Very unprofessional.
Filling out for a friend who doesn’t have google: Jessie was the kindest and most patient nurse I’ve ever had. She made me feel so comfortable and was very welcoming. So thankful I found this place.
The nursing staff and managing nurse Jessica are amazing at this clinic. I'm a regular patient who visits the clinic every week and I'm very happy with the care and professionalism.
