Very happy with my haircut. Inna was very gentle and patient. She is also personable. I'm glad that I finally found someone in downtown who I could do both root touch and haircut with.

Inna made sure to find out exactly what I wanted at the start of my hair cut, and checked in multiple times during the cut to make sure I was happy - which I definitely was! A lovely head massage and hair treatment were nice additions too, and I was so happy with the finished result.
