I have a very deep level, spinal issue due to childhood seizures. It affected my whole spine column, right from my shoulder and neck down to my lower back and tailbone. while I have been doing my own exercises, running stretching but the change was minimal. when I visited here, each session was like moving a mountain! after each session it was like a landslide, my body was reshaping entirely and getting relief very drastically.
