Dr. Rose is very experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to advising for services. I felt she gave me the right guidance about the procedures that I should and I should not go for.

Have been in contact with the clinic and spoke with Kira who helped me to speak about my concerns, they have more than satisfied my dissapointment with the initial procedure and offered to refund the cost. I felt touched that they reached out, it shows that they really care about client satisfaction and are pro-active when adressing complaints. Thank you very much
((Asked for botox and they gave me dysport - my frown lines were moving in about a month and a half later. Felt rushed and pushed to spend when i had a budget that i discussed prior to booking.))
I never thought that in my life I would ever do fillers for my face. But I was also unhappy with the increasing tiredness I see in the mirror over the years. But the staff under Dr Rose gave me a great consultation and advice about how fillers , when done well, can give a very natural and rejuvenating effect.
