In order to install a heat pump, we needed to upgrade the electrical service for our house. Hall Electrical responded to our request for a quote and quickly provided a free, no-obligation estimate. The scope of work they recommended was similar to that provided by two other companies but Ricky, the estimator, stood out by patiently answering our questions. As the job proceeded, Ricky and his team handled applying for the permits and also coordinated their work with our heat pump contractor and BC Hydro. Hall Electrical installed my EV wall charger back in 2020 and did a splendid job. I recently had an issue with the charging. Ricky came over to assess the situation. He was on-time and solved my problem in minutes! Because the issue was minor, Hall Electrical did not invoice me. The company is very responsive and service is amazing.
