You should try GymBox if you haven't already. I've tried different fitness clubs for group classes, ranging from Fitness World to Orange Theory, but the atmosphere at GymBox is unlike any other. People there are down to earth, friendly, and helpful, not to mention, the membership is affordable in comparison to other brands.Coaches are experienced trainers.Coach Tylor Hill is knowledgeable. She rarely repeats any exercise and makes sure that you perform well and that your posture is always in proper form to avoid injuries, which I believe is very important. Gymbox is a fantastic local neighborhood business and I've really enjoyed my workouts here since I started coming about a year ago. Owner Tony Huggins has created an awesome space with every piece of equipment you can think of — and then some. Gymbox also provides a very welcoming, nonjudgmental atmosphere which is a big plus in the personal fitness industry.
