This review is long overdue but Mark was brilliant to deal with back in December just before Christmas. I explained that I would be leaving the country soon so I didn't want to pour money into my old beat-down truck if it wasn't worth fixing (starter motor had oil leak plus many many other issues, I took very bad care of the vehicle). Mark gave me honest advice and the team tried various things to help me in my situation and gave me a very fair price for their efforts. Especially as they were due to close for Christmas break they were able to make time for me and I can't thank them enough. My old pickup truck had an overheating issue that another shop misdiagnosed and then attempted to repair but failed. After getting my truck back along with a refund, I took the truck to Mark so he could have a look at it. He properly diagnosed the issue while keeping me informed every step of the way. All options were discussed for the repair and after I gave the green light it was done and the truck runs perfect now. Very friendly staff and good honest affordable service. Would highly recommend to anyone.
The manager at Granville auto was friendly and helpful. Mark help me check my tires before heading to work, I was glad he was there early in the morning.
He found a nail on my tire, thankfully, the nail did not go thru and manage to remove it. No charge!
