When it comes to servicing my car I need a shop to be upfront and honest. This, on top of fantastic and reliable work is what I get every single visit to Fred's. Best shop in town!

You will not find a more honest mechanic shop. Audi told me I had an oil leak that would cost about 3k to repair. I took it to Fred's it turned out to be a minor leak as in the oil level isn't even being impacted. They told me to keep an eye on the oil level and to bring it on the next time my car is due for service. They had my car for most of the day and only charged me $38 to investigate the leak. The quote for the repair down the road was also about 1k less than what Audi quoted! I will only go to Fred's from now on no matter what car I own.

Paid about two thirds what I was quoted elsewhere. And he evaluated the list of recommended fixes from the other shop, discussed what my 2009 vehicle had to have and what was optional. And the service was done well and the communication was excellent.
