I don’t write reviews often, but this experience genuinely deserves one. In over 35 years of dealing with many of the top luxury vehicle dealerships in Vancouver, I never expected that a visit to Fountain Tire would set a new benchmark for service.
Ironically, it was my 17-year-old son who recommended Fountain Tire on SW Marine Drive, simply because one of his friends goes there. I was admittedly apprehensive at first. However, the level of service and care provided by Vince not only exceeded my expectations—it surpassed most of the luxury car dealerships I’ve frequented over the years.

Fountain Tire was a lifesaver! My car suddenly stopped and wouldn’t start, and the warning indicated a battery issue. They quickly diagnosed that the alternator was not working. The team clearly explained the results and helped me choose the right replacement. They ordered the suitable alternator themselves, after confirming all costs with me beforehand, and replaced it efficiently.
Victor was amazing - friendly, caring, and helpful. He explained everything and gave guidance throughout the entire repair. The whole process was completed the same day and took only about 4 hours.
