Our experience with Foundry/Formwerks has been disappointing, and it’s clear from other reviews that we’re not alone.
The project has faced multiple delays, now on its 5th amendment originally scheduled for 2024 and now pushed significantly further. Despite these changes, there’s been no meaningful fair compensation, or solution offered to buyers. Summit Brooke is their construction company and there seems to be poor reviews there as well.
Other developers nearby, such as Polygon and Anthem (Dwell), have completed projects on time, while others offered partial remedies for delays, while the Foundry/Formwerks team have pushed... read full review

Tears down affordable rental buildings and builds luxury single family homes. I get y'all are just the architects but does your profession not have any moral compass? Maybe ask your client to consider attempting a new multifamily build. Thanks.
