I have had such excellent customer service from Ken!!! I have emailed and called many times this week and every time he was so happy to help me. Never done a big project like this before and he has gone above and beyond for me!! Highly recommend!!!

I recently had to rebuild my deck and I decided to go with Flexstone Coatings. I did the installation myself. If you used a brush and a drill before without hurting yourself, you can do this with ease. I am blown away by the high quality results that are achievable as a DIY home owner. There are a couple key futures that stand out for me regarding this product. First, there are no seams when compared to vinyl. It is much thicker too, which translates to higher durability. We needed a waterproofing product for our deck which is also serving as a flat roof over an addition and Flexstone was the perfect option. Upon enquiring, Ken immediately got a hold of us, discussed the product with us, and gave us the support to self install. Because it is serving as a roof, we used extra base product around all of the seams (we’re paranoid), so we reached out again to get more base coat, which led us to Ryan. Ryan was great in assisting us to get us lined up for an additional base pail, but also recommended reaching out to Ken again on additional options as our remaining sq ft was small and not over the addition.
