Satasha is the queen of eyebrow lamination!! She did my brows for the first time in preparation for my bachelorette party and she killed it! This will definitely be a new part of my beauty routine!
I am a new customer* having never used lay down beds (always standup)Staff rarely answer the phone, either first try (ringing more than 10 times) or the second, you can be certain that staff members will take the phone off the hook in order not to be disturbed while helping other guests.Recently found out that you can book online. Save yourself hassle and irritation.I would love to say better things about this location however I'm most often disappointed than happy with the CX service here.FYI- Laydown bed only! Rooms do not have alcohol wipes for after applying lotion, no hands towels or head pillows.
We had an appointment set at 7:45 on Thursday, November 10th and when we showed up (a few minutes early), the doors were locked and the lights were off. No sign on the door or anything referring to them closing early. It’s disappointing because we’re trying to get a base tan before our destination wedding and they aren’t open Sundays and now appear to close early the day before a holiday even though we had an appointment. The previous time we showed up, the woman behind the desk accused us of being late but the woman who booked our appointment put in 7:30 instead of 7:45 (and we had showed up 5 minutes early anyway).
