Thank you for removing the grease stain from my sweatpants. I originally had two identical pairs — one had a grease mark and the other didn’t. Now, after your cleaning, I can’t even tell which pair had the stain before. ?

I had my Burberry trench coat dry cleaned here. This was the first time I had it dry cleaned (so was nervous) and had a bad stain on it. They took such good care and had to wash it a few times to get it out but still charged me the original price despite extra care needed. The buttons and hardware are still in good condition

Excellent customer service. I went in to see if I could get 4 dresses and jumpsuits tailored and altered for an upcoming wedding and vacation in the Caribbean. I was leaving in 10 days and they managed to get it done. I went in and did my fitting and they took the measurements. I was told to come back in a week so that if further alterations had to be made they can do it so that it'll be ready in time for my trip. That is exactly what happened. At my fitting one week later, some so that adjustments had to be made, and 2 days later, my outfits were ready for pickup and they ALL FIT PERFECTLY!!
