I can’t recommend My Natural Wellness Centre enough! I’ve been going here for years for chiropractic and RMT treatments, and they have helped my back pain so much over time. Everyone here is incredibly kind, super friendly and easy to talk to, and they genuinely care about their patients.
The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming and helpful with accommodating schedules , and the atmosphere is so peaceful and calming from the moment you walk in. I really love the natural and holistic approach they take — it makes such a difference.

Shamira has been my chiropractor for the last 20 years and she is a miracle worker. Will never see another chiropractor if I can avoid it. No one compares to her 🙏🏻
