Solid, genuine and straightshooter guy that explained everything very well in detail, the options available, and what the most cost effective solutions plans are. Every car issue that I have had, ER Auto is the place I go every time. Every fix, a report is ran outlining the priority fixes and a follow up report is sent on what is being done. Amazing top notch service by Thomas and his team here at ER Auto.They went above and beyond for my wife and I when we brought our vehicle in and answered all my questions(and saved me lots of money too!).Felt we were in good hands from the moment I spoke with the receptionist to engaging with Thomas and the mechanics working on the car. Had my 2017 Tesla Model X in due to acceleration shudder and rear inner tire wear/alignment issue. ER Auto installed the complete N2itive alignment kit with the lowering links, adjustable camber arms and toe arms and finished with an alignment all in 1 day. I just drove 100km on the highway after picking it up and I have to say the X drives 200% better. No more acceeration shudder, no more road noise, drives smooth and it stays straight on the highway. You can visually see the camber on the rear is now straight and not massively offset from Tesla’s stock parts which were not adjustable. I recommend getting brand new tires before going in and getting this kit installed... read full review
