Went to Elsa Hair Salon for the first time and I love it my hair looks amazing.Thank you Elsa 👍🥰

Elsa, is an amazing human being. I originally had an appointment at Del Ray's Barbershop...but someone fell down on the job and slept in. There were three of us waiting and the shop was closed. So as I walking down Commercial Drive, back to the Skytrain Station, I kept popping into each hair salon to see if they could fit me in. I needed a haircut for my cousin's wedding and was leaving right away. None were available, but Elsa took me as a walk-in. She was a great listener, but she also guided me and gave me great suggestions/advice. I trusted her because she is the expert, and lo and behold she did not disappoint. She even gave me a discount for my cut and a further discount/coupon for my next haircut. She is smart, sweet, and most of all a great a listener. I have finally found a proper hairdresser. Elsa, you're a gem!

Having my hair done here was such an amazing experience! Had two french braids done with extensions and was made to feel so comfortable and looked after! Such lovely conversations while i could tell i was in incredibly skilled hands. The hair turned out gorgeous and lasted 2 weeks (would've done fine longer too if i hadn't taken it out)! Definitely recommend!
