The salon looks nice, and the manicure quality is decent. However, there is one thing that really bothered me, the nail technician has a dog that barks very loudly and constantly throughout the appointment. Some of the nail technicians also touch and play with the dog during the manicure, and then continue working on clients’ nails. I’m sorry, but I don’t find that acceptable from a hygiene perspective.
Don’t get me wrong, I love dogs, but having a dog barking constantly and being handled during the nail service is not something I want when I’m getting my nails done.
It would also be nice to have a wider selection of nail colors.

Had such a wonderful experience with Laura! She's very delicate and attentive to detail. This was my first time trying the Ukrainian dry method for cuticles and I absolutely LOVED it! This is the best manicure I've had in years, the best one I've found in Vancouver. I don't do my nails often because I feel like they become weak from all the buffing and filing, and my cuticles normally feel drier than before, but not this time. My nails still feel strong and Laura made sure to check-in with me at every step. I don't like bright/strong colors on me, so she chose a lovely transparent, slightly shimmery shade and I can't stop looking at my fingers hahah. Super recommend her!… read full review
