I went to consult with them for a diagnosis/repair because my iphone started forcibly rebooting every three or four minutes. After the diagnosis, they recommended replacing the device rather than repairing it, as they thought it was probably a software/hardware malfunction. They said they would not charge me for the diagnostic fee since they recomend not repair the device.When I decided to buy a used iphone from this store, they kindly told me which model was best and which phone had the best battery condition. Efficient, Friendly, and Generous. Got my iPhone X battery replaced in under 2 hours, upon seeing the state of my beaten up otter box, I was given an identical replacement on the house. See you soon for my MacBook Pro battery replacement.
