He was fast and efficient in locating the problem and finding a very good solution. He sold me an iphone 5S for $40, which is $40 less than the repair. I also got great advice about various android cell phone and what I should buy next etc. I really enjoyed their spacious retail space, their cute white dog who doesn't bark, and their knowledgeable staff and great customer service.
