Chris did the work promptly and did an excellent job installing a down spout- a job that should have been part of the design from the builder. Now there is no cascading watetfall whenever there is an atmospheric river. The job was done to my specs and done within the quoted price and at a very reasonable price.

I can't recommend the East Van Handy Man highly enough! Chris helped us out on short notice after my washer died unexpectedly. It was not a fun job - removing a stacked washer/dryer from a tight nook, install a replacement part, and maneuver everything back in - those dryers weigh a ton! It was crammed, grimy and dusty, and Chris couldn't have been better about it. He had all the right tools, was fast and efficient, and personable to boot. The rate was extremely reasonable too!

Highly recommend Chris and I plan to use his services in the future! I reached out to Chris about getting a medicine cabinet installed which had been a nightmare for me. Countless other contractors, installers and handymen refused to install it either because it wasn't worth their time / job was too small or they lacked the expertise.

Not Chris, he did a great job of communicating his schedule, what he was able to do and most importantly he didn't flake like I've learned that so many trades do. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and got it done really quickly.
