I also wanted to recognize Yuliia, the manager. Although she wasn’t the one cleaning my home, I had the opportunity to speak with her when she dropped the cleaner off. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and approachable. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was organized, and genuinely cared about providing a great customer experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude left a great impression.
