When I first came here a year ago, my eyebrows were a hot mess. After years of over plucking, they had receded in all directions despite having quite thick brows naturally. Poonam's skill, dedication and guidance between appointments have transformed them back into their natural beautiful shape. I can't thank her enough for the incredible job she does and I'm grateful for the confidence boost she brings with each visit. Also I have just never met a technician who has so much love for her clientele!
Poonam fixed my dry spell of eyebrow issues. I went to her with a really specific picture of how I liked my brows done. She takes her time and doesn’t overthread your brows. She explains the importance of root growth and eyebrow hair growth cycles. If I want changes made after she’s done, she talks me through her decision and we find a shared solution.
