This store is so awesome. My dog gets super excited to go in and all the staff love him. They have the most treat options I have ever seen, especially for dogs that are allergic to everything. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful as well. We will always come back here!

This is my new favourite store!! I found them after adopting from Free Korean Dogs. So far I’ve made two purchases online for my fur baby. The last order included a sweater and a raincoat from two different brands. Someone called me right after placing the order to give me advice on sizing, asked more questions about his measurements, and told me that sizing up on the sweater would probably be a good idea, then adjusted my order to size up on that item and quickly shipped. The recommendation was so right! Now, we drive from Surrey just for appointments with Tanya.Tanya is a gem!! She’s not only helped with nail care but also offered invaluable advice on nutrition, coat, and dental health. Her knowledge has been a game-changer for us.The store itself is well-stocked with quality pet food and accessories. But what really stands out is the commitment to educating pet owners.
