I have used this cleaner a couple of times in the past but this time it was very disappointing! I brought in my waterproof raincoat that has a broken zipper! I was quoted $50 as it was going to be complicated. After two weeks & not hearing anything I went in . I was told that they couldn’t find a waterproof zipper anywhere in Vancouver. In less than 24 hours I found a zipper online & brought it back to them. Two weeks later I received a phone call asking me to pick up my coat! I went in & it was scrunched in a bag & another staff said their machine was too old ! So they had my coat for five weeks & did nothing! I took my coat to Nicola cleaners on Nicola & Nelson. The dry cleaning is good, but they are not honest with their pricing and customer service is terrible.There is often added charges for “fabric” or “style of clothing” even though this was not mentioned when I asked about the price at time of drop off. Except a higher price than what they originally say.The service is good. However, not worth the hassle of constant overcharging.
