Wayne dealt with me honestly, attentively, and with great care throughout the entire ordeal. He immediately owned up to the issue without making excuses and worked with me on a solution that went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. Wayne got him in the next morning, reviewed the issue, realized the starter connection was just loose, and had the team tighten and crimp it without charging for the work because it was a quick fix.
