There was a miscommunication between the CRA and D&H group regarding a GST claim. It happened at a time during the CRA strike and coincided with their move to a different address. Because of this that the mail didn't get through and the CRA impose the penalty. When it was brought to their attention D&H, recognize a situation and took responsibility. I'm grateful and I recognize their honesty and commitment to their customers. This shows that they are an honorable firm these days, that's a valuable trait.
