I called Pablo about a carpet issue, and turns out that I had called the wrong person. However, Pablo was more than patient with me on the phone, offered me his professional opinion about the situation, and answered my questions. He then pointed me to two solutions, in order to help me keep the cost down. Gave me his contacts and even followed up saying if solution A doesn’t work out, here’s solution B and who to call. Solution A called me within 12 hours and assessed my situation.
I tell you that as someone who knows absolutely nothing about repairs, having Pablo providing a roadmap like he did, is a godsend. All this happened on a Friday evening... read full review

I called Pablo Wednesday afternoon and the job was completed by noon the next day. Very pleased with the work. I had a very annoying wrinkle at the entrance to the bedroom, Thanks Pablo, very nice meeting you.

Had a 3x3 patch of carpet in a basement room cut out due to mold months ago. Finally sent an email inquiry through Pablo’s website and he called me promptly. After I got a piece of extra carpet in a comparable colour and style from Global Carpets, Pablo was able to come the very next day to repair and spent over 3 hours to perfectly patch the carpet in and added his own padding below. He did the patch professionally as we have radiant in floor heating, so he had couldn’t nail or drill in. Price of his work is premium but it’s much cheaper than replacing the entire room. Be ready for his dry humour!
