I highly recommend Cristy as a professional. I had a really good experience and booked my next appointments already. I like that during a procedure the atmosphere in the room is calming and relaxing.

I've now had three at-home massages with Cristy and I have nothing but positive things to say. I hurt my knee on a run and, after visiting my physio, booked some time with Cristy to bring some flexibility into my IT bands and quads. I've had a lot of injuries so massage makes me nervous, and I found Cristy to be highly respectful of my worries, responsive to my feedback, and effective in bringing relief to my problematic knee. I trust my body in Cristy's hands -- she had both warm hands and a gentle, warm approach to her work. I don't hesitate to recommend her and I will be happy to welcome her into my home again.

Sore feet...legs, and back of course!...I just met the best RMT ever!. She listened to me and got to muscles that were tender...I feel so much better!...Thank you Cristy!....that was the best...... I will be back!

Cristy is a registered massage therapist, RMT, she has been practicing massage for over 10 years. She offers therapeutic relaxation and deep tissue massages. She graduated from The Utah College of Massage Therapy and Alberta College of Massage Therapy. She became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She has worked in world class spas around the world on Crystal Cruise Ships. She also attended The Rolfing Institute in Boulder, CO where she completed Unit I in Rolfing/Structural Integration, which is considered to be 'deeper than deep tissue work'. She is a member of CMMOTA - Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association.
