10/10 service! I had five electronic repair places one even including Best Buy geek squad deny me removing a stripped screw from a new 3DS XL but I took it in here and Eddie had it done within the half hour time frame he said and only charged fifteen for the procedure. Will come here for future repairs
I recently sent in my DJI Mini 3 Pro for a gimbal replacement. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out. The repair took a little longer than I originally expected, as they ran into a small issue with recalibrating the gimbal, but they kept at it and got everything working well in the end.
There was a bit of a mix up with my controller at first, they couldn’t find it and thought I hadn’t sent it in, but after I explained, they located it without any further issue. I’d suggest they improve their item tracking a bit.
