My child is getting contacts for the first time and must demonstrate they can insert and remove. For a first time user this is difficult. It’s taking considerable time and pressure. Leon was helping us, and is the most patient and helpful coach during this process. I suspect she would have struggled more and felt extremely self conscious if not for his kindness and patience. I’ve visited several times and was assisted by different staff members, yet the level of service was consistently excellent. The process was smooth every time, and the staff are clearly knowledgeable. They generously share information about the products they sell and guide you in choosing the perfect one—never just trying to push a sale. Truly a refreshing and pleasant experience.

I came to this location for the first time to get contacts. Bonnie was wonderful and very accommodating. She was able to give me a contact fitting on the spot due to mine being out of date.
