Great first time home buyer experience! Aaron did the inspection for a townhouse we recently purchased. He was thorough and took time to explain anything worth noting. The inspection report was easy to read while providing detail. Having a reputable company and inspector made it easy to negotiate with the seller to provide repairs for any deficiencies noted on the inspection report. Will be using again in the future!
