Bit of an unusual review: I didn't actually get my car repaired here, but I'm leaving a review because I was very impressed by the help they gave me over the phone. Specifically, I called thinking that I was being ripped off by my dealership and pretty much offered myself as a new customer on a silver platter. But the gentleman I spoke to, after hearing the details, said that actually I would be better off proceeding with the dealership, explaining the ways in which they would be better suited for the repair in my specific situation. I thought this was very honest and commendable. Kudos!

Dave is the most honest tech I’ve worked with. My wife’s Audi was quoted $28,000 in repairs at Audi Vancouver, including ~$2,000 just for a door-handle issue. They even took the door apart and charged $400+ to “inspect” it. Dave at Continental fixed the door handle at no charge and told me what the car actually needed: new tires and front control arms.
Eight months later, the brakes are still fine, exactly as he said. Routine servicing at Continental has also been far cheaper than the dealer. Clear explanations, no pressure, and work done right. After this experience, I’ll stick with Continental and won’t be returning to the dealer.

Needed some service work on my 128i before a short road trip. Unfortunately I had left it a little late to book. Thanks to Dave and David for getting me in on short notice. Issue resolved and car ran great for the trip. Will definitely be back for future servicing!
