The gentleman at the entrance greeted us warmly, and the staff inside were friendly, approachable, and engaged with customers. It created a welcoming atmosphere that immediately stood out. The shop itself is small but offers a nice selection of books, clothing, jewelry, and footwear, and it was pleasant to browse.
We appreciated the level of customer service here, as it showed that a friendly and inclusive environment is absolutely possible within the organization.
My go-to thrift store in downtown Vancouver for shopping and donating. Very well organized, clean, well-staffed, friendly and fairly priced - not to mention the proceeds supports older adults in the west end. I hope this store never ever shuts down like the Gordon Community Centre shops did!
