I took my glasses out of my pocket when I got to work and a lens fell out. The frame appeared to be broken. I was apprehensive that I would be without my glasses, recently purchased from Clearly, for weeks. I went to Clearly and was assisted by Iraj who greeted me promptly and politely, took my glasses and fixed them in five minutes as it turned out there was not a frame break but a screw that holds the frame together had fallen out. He also noticed one of the nose pads was missing and fixed that as well in the same five minutes. All of this at no cost to me. Great service.
