I broke my screen while on vacation and even though I had a protective screen applied & a case, my screen was badly cracked. ? Upon returning I popped into Cell Care & thankfully he said, it is just your screen protector schattered! He removed it for me and I did a HUGE happy dance! No charge, just a smile! Thank you!

I live nearby and have (unfortunately!) had to use their services a number of times over the last couple years. I also bought a used phone from them. Always fair and knowledgeable service.

They did it right, they did it fast, and they did it at reasonably price. I gave them the phone right before new year for fixing, but due to parts not being available immediately over the holidays, I had to wait for a few days, but they kept me updated multiple times a day to make sure I know that they have my back (my phone). They updated me on parts availability, and if they need additional works they asked me before executing. I was very nervous when my phone wasn't working but they really gave me a peace of mind during the process. These are all very good business practices. I really appreciate their help.
