Hi Dr. Bhatt,
Thank you for seeing me last Monday. I usually feel anxious and extremely nervous when visiting doctors, but my condition pushed me to walk in that day. I had been dealing with a rash for about 3.5 months and tried several ointments with little improvement. After following your prescription twice a day, the symptoms (redness, itch) improved dramatically within 3 days. I’m very grateful for your care and for taking the time to listen.

Dr. Bhatt has kindly examined my injury and showed me some pictures to indicate what my problem could be. He arranged a radiologist immediately and the following day, he took time to call me to instruct me with a clear and detailed instruction.
