Other than the difficult built-up dirt and dust, the seats were soaked with pet and urine odour, along with a layer of cigarette smell mixed with overwhelming air freshener. I found Kingsway Auto Detailing through its reviews and asked for a complete detailing and ozone treatment for odour removal, not expecting much from it. However, they were very helpful and said they would try their best to “clean it up” for me.
