Came back to Capelli after a year and had to book with Nicky again, she did my first cut and was amazing then, and still is now. Super friendly, listens, and nails the look every time. Highly recommend her

I rarely switch stylists but my experience confirmed that a fresh start at times is worth it. All of the staff are welcoming and make you want to come back. The stylist gave me a cut I wanted and getting a complimentary trim between cuts Is a real value added.

I’ve been coming here for about 7 years and have never had an issue. The booking and reminder system they’ve implemented is very efficient. Combined with excellent staff in Rolland, Tania and Kara, their communication is very helpful and makes for a really great customer experience. From a hair cut point of view, Kara is fantastic, always a perfect cut and a free cleanup 2 weeks later. If I move, I’ll make it a point to drive because they also offer free parking underground during the appointment. Can’t say enough good things!
