I dealt with Lauson. He's a true professional and a class act. He made all the arrangements for me to attend the shop and was great at communicating. My car parts needed to be ordered in from Germany and he was clear about the timelines. I wasn't left waiting at any point. They matched the paint precisely - excellent workmanship. Could not imagine rating auto repair shops but in this case I shall. Unfortunately I have visited Burrard Autostrasse twice this year and on both occasions came away very pleased with the repair work and starting the process upon entering the building reception area. They aim to please and overdelivery in my experience.
