I got a haircut with Eli last Thursday, and she was incredibly accommodating. I didn’t feel comfortable entering my credit card information on their website, so I texted her directly. She replied right away, booked the appointment for me, and kindly explained that they require a card on file in case of no-shows. I told her I completely understood and that I’d honor their cancellation policy if something came up.

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Eli for almost a year now and she's amazing! She's always very careful and thorough. I've had my hair cut by her a few times too and the results are always better than I expected!! I really recommend!
I had a great experience at BloomUp Salon! Elli did a fantastic job with my eyebrow shaping and hydration treatment—she was professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. My skin felt refreshed, and my brows look perfect! Momoko also gave me a fantastic pedicure—super detailed and relaxing. The salon is welcoming, and the team made me feel well taken care of.
