Had my first proper haircut here and it was such a big joy! The atmosphere was super warm and welcoming from all the hair stylists and the general interior style of the actual salon itself. I booked with Bailey and had an amazing consultation with them crafting my dream hair, they were super helpful and offered so many options and explained everything as detailed as I needed to go. I was nervous before getting into the seat, and never again, I fully trusted them and enjoyed every moment of my cut. Thanks to Bailey I'm looking gorgeous ❤️. I got a short mullet. She took some time to understand what I was expecting and explained very well to me, what they were going to do. In the end, she gave me some styling advise but to be hostest, my hair looks perfectly fine without any styling products and for that I'm very happy. Btw: Bailey is not just a good hairdresser but also a charming person! Thank you, if I'll be ever coming back to Vancouver I'll will make sure to get an appointment with you!

to preface this review, i find getting haircuts to be an extremely stressful experience. so i am extremely grateful to have started seeing Kourtni, who is probably the most understanding, kind, and skilled hairdresser i have yet experienced! i am used to leaving a salon crying, but with Kourtni these are now tears of joy. whether she’s cutting my hair or giving me a dye job she somehow knows exactly what i want, and executes it perfectly. would give more than 5 stars if i could, and i am now starting to actually look forward to my haircuts!
